Emails can be generated for pre-defined email addresses allowing notification of all important details of the new starter. Appropriate departments will be notified automatically. Documentation can be linked to the new starters file and you can decide if you want that documentation emailed to them on their first day or printed. The automated process can be configured by your HR administrator or by our company during implementation of Ceequel.
