Reporting features enable users to generate a diverse range of graphical reports and distribute them to the appropriate recipients. In addition, by granting non-HR employees access to their personal records through Self Service modules, the strain on HR staff can be reduced considerably. Employees are able to update their personal information and view holiday allocation and attendance reports without having to visit the HR department.
